About the Role:

Our client is on the lookout for an experienced CNC Turner Programmer/Setter to join their team, operating advanced CNC lathes to produce high-quality precision components. This role offers a competitive pay rate of 16 to 20.30 per hour, depending on experience and shift selection, with generous overtime options and a comprehensive bonus package, including loyalty rewards, production incentives, and profit-sharing opportunities.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes using Fanuc control systems
  • Deliver precise machining work that meets strict quality standards
  • Maintain exact measurements and standards in a precision engineering environment
  • Adhere to health and safety protocols, keeping the workspace clean and safe


Qualifications:

  • Formal training or extensive experience as a CNC Turner Programmer/Setter
  • Skilled in G-code programming, preferably with Fanuc or Haas control systems
  • Experience with challenging materials like Inconel is an advantage
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a high attention to detail
