We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented ConstructionEstimator to join our client’s team in Horsforth. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic company, where you'll play a key role in delivering successful refurbishment projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for refurbishment projects.
Participate in handover meetings with Sales Advisors.
Request and manage drawings from CAD designers.
Develop comprehensive estimates and presentations for clients.
Source new products and suppliers as required.
Contribute to building systems that streamline internal processes.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Estimator, ideally within the construction industry.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Well-organised with excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the wider team.
