The Client
Our client specialises in large scale design and build residential, student accommodation and hotel projects across the UK. They are one of the UK's biggest M&E contractors and have offices throughout the UK. They are looking for an Electrical Supervisor to work on a sizeable, new-build residential project based in Leeds.This project is set to last 2 years, then they have further projects in the Yorkshire area.
The Role and its Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to testing operatives
- Inspections
- Checking installation quality
- Final sign off responsibilities
- Organize site teams
The Individual
A successful candidate needs to work well under pressure and be a confident team leader and member.
Previous experience in a similar role is essential - they are looking for a supervisor who has overseen the installation of electrical services on a new build project from 'cradle to grave'.
Skills and Qualifications
- Valid CSCS card
- NICEIC Qualified
- Appropriate electrical qualification
- City & Guilds 18th Edition
- Current H&S knowledge
Salary and Package
£45 - £50k p.a. + £5k car allowance based on a 44 hour week
