Fawkes and Reece are seeking a freelance Site Manager for a live project with an immediate start.
The role involves managing a 3-story modular fit-out at an educational facility.
Key responsibilities include chairing daily meetings, recording onsite progress, and issuing relevant notices.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Site Manager position and qualifications such as CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid.
The compensation is flexible with a day/hourly rate and weekly pay offered on Fridays.

Fawkes and Reece are currently recruiting for a freelance Site Manager for a live project. My client is looking for a strong Freelance Site Manager to start ASAP.

The Role

The project is a 3 story modular fit out on an education facility.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Chair and manage daily meetings (Client and internal)
Record onsite progress and lookaheads
Issue RFI, NCR and clean up notices
Report into Senior Management
Follow H&S guidelines

Required Qualifications/Experience

Experience working on modular projects, ideally education
CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
Minimum of 5 years experience in a Site Managers position
