Candidates are required to have a proven track record in managing high-rise projects, preferably in student accommodation or apartment developments, along with experience working with regional and Tier 1 contractors.
A trade background or a BSc in construction management, along with a CSCS Black card and NVQ level 6, is necessary for this position.
The salary for this role is up to £65,000 plus a £5,000 car allowance, along with additional benefits such as a contributory pension scheme and private healthcare.

About the role of Senior Site Manager

This opportunity as a senior site manager with a renowned regional Tier 2 main contractor which are a currently the market leading contractor in the whole region with a circa 300+ apartments high rise in Leeds. Reporting to an Operations Manager, you will be responsible from substructures through to interior fit out to handover. Responsible for managing a full site team, chairing subcontractor meetings, progress reporting and overseeing health & safety and quality.

Requirements for Senior Site Manager.

Proven Track record as a site manager who has demonstrable project deliver experience on high rise Reinforced concrete student accommodation or apartment developments.
Experience Working with regional & tier 1 contractors
Trade background or Degree BSC construction management.
CSCS Black
NVQ level 6
Taken projects from out of the ground to completion & handover of client.
