Sonic Summary

Salary: £260-£280 a shift DOE
Minimum 8 years experience of site management level required
Main responsibilities include maintenance of records, monitoring on site operations, raising queries with Contracts Manager, attending client progress meetings, managing workforce and subbies, and ordering materials/equipment and plant
Requirements include SMSTS, CSCS, First aid certification, and sound knowledge and experience of working for civil engineering/groundwork contractors
Experience in contracts involving Excavation, drainage, RC frame, slabs, and other general civils aspects is necessary

DCS Recruitment are looking for an experienced Civil Site manager to work on a project based in Leeds.

You will be working on behalf of a Civils commercial build.

Minimum 3 Months

Monday - Friday

7:30 - 16:00

Possible weekend work maybe required - client will uplift rate/hours for this if required to work.

Main responsibilities on site:

Maintenance of daily and weekly records to comply with company SHEQ requirements.
Monitor on site operations with workforce to ensure compliance with specification and H&S regulations.
Raise queries with Contracts Manager and QS in relation to technical issues/variations.
Attend client progress meetings and provide progress reports.
Manage all workforce and any subbies on site
Ordering of materials/equipment and plant.

Requirements:

SMSTS
CSCS
First aid
Minimum 8 years experience of site management level.
Sound knowledge and experience of working for civil engineering / Groundwork contractors in a no*1 site managers role.
Experience of working on contracts involving Excavation, drainage, RC frame, Slabs, and other general civils aspects.

Pay Rate £260-£280 a shift DOE
