Senior Site Manager
Senior Site Manager opportunity working on a New Build DfE scheme in Leeds with an approx. value of £35m.
About the role of Site ManagerThis opportunity as a site manager with a Tier 1 main contractor. Reporting to a Project Manager, you will be responsible from substructures through to interior fit out to handover. Responsible for managing a full site team, chairing subcontractor meetings, progress reporting and overseeing health & safety and quality.

- Responsible for managing a full site team
- Chairing subcontractor meetings
- Progress reporting and overseeing health & safety
- Checking the workmanship on site making sure it adheres to standards set.
- Proven Track record as a site manager who has demonstrable project deliver experience on Leisure or DfE developments.
- Experience Working with regional & tier 1 contractors
- Trade background or Degree BSC construction management.
- CSCS Black
- NVQ level 6
- Taken projects from out of the ground to completion & handover of client.
- Salary: Up to £60k + £5k car allowance
