Description

You will be working as a Team Leader managing 8 Legal Advisors who are supporting customers throughout the journey of their home move.

Coaching and mentoring alongside the development of the team

Manage support functions performance, quality and productivity

Organising holidays and workload alongside managing sickness

Be involved in the resolution of discipline/grievance/performance issues in line with the firm's policies

To identify process improvements to better the customer experience

Profile

Strong leadership and management experience

Exceptional customer service and the desire to implement and improve processes and policy's

Able to work in a high volume environment and under pressure

The ability to deliver feedback in a constructive manner

Excellent data analysis and organisation skills
