In this role, you will manage the design process from early feasibility through planning applications and oversee through handover and construction. You will manage the design team, work closely with the COO, collaborate with internal teams and other stakeholders. This role will also involve hands-on design work, contributing to the company's growth and project success.
The ideal candidate will be a Senior Design Engineer with a strong electrical background, experience working on building / construction projects and a desire to progress into a management role. You will be proficient in AutoDesk software and have a passion for sustainable energy.

The Role:
- Oversee and manage design teams and processes
- Identify design needs and manage projects effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Contribute to the development of design processes
- Supporting the handover of designs to the project manager and main contractor
The Person
- Proven experience in electrical construction or building design
- Desire to progress into management
- Degree or equivalent in related engineering field
- Proficiency with Autodesk software
