Estimator Project Manager required due to expansion and continued growth we are looking for the right person to strengthen the current estimating and projects team. Great opportunity for an experienced Estimator Project Manager to join a growing company (manufacturers supplying to commercial, residential, and public markets). Projects across all sectors, throughout the UK, undertaking new build and refurbishment works for clients by traditional, design & build and partnering procurement methods.

Reputable, friendly, and professional company who are renowned for quality, very established with many prestigious clients. This opportunity would suit someone with a Construction, Surveying, Architecture background ideally with joinery, experience in particular experience of products including doors, doorsets, frames, ironmongery, screens, wall panelling. washroom and toilet cubicles, IPS panelling systems, ducting and vanity units, counters, wardrobes and windows.

Estimator Project Manager

Pricing works projects - Preparing accurate quotations working from various architectural documents such as schedules, bill of quantities, elevation drawings, CAD etc. liaising with customers to prepare production paperwork for the factory using Microsoft Excel.

Knowledge of Building Industry/Wood products an advantage

Required skills include and excellent knowledge of Excel, Analysing Information, Estimating,

Working alongside the sales team to ensure most competitive quotations and maximising sales opportunities.

Close attention to detail and a methodical attitude is required to ensure accuracy.

Preparation of requisitions for each project for materials ordering purposes.

Keeping accurate records on their bespoke system

Keeping in contact with customers regarding progress during order production and delivery.

Involved in materials scheduling.

Liaising with planning department and factory
