ML67- Project Manager.Salary: £40,000- £50,000.Location: Leeds.Overview:First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Project Manager on behalf of one of our clients.Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop a detailed client's brief and define responsibilities of the wider consultancy team.
  • Establish and maintain communication with the client and the design team.
  • Manage feasibility studies, including site surveys, site investigation, site evaluation, etc.
  • Coordinate and obtain planning consents and all necessary statutory approvals.
  • Interview and select contractors for tendering or negotiation, evaluate tenders received, and appoint contractors.
  • Inspect and monitor the construction works with regard to quality and conformity to agreed specifications and drawings.
  • Prepare regular reports to clients on all aspects of the project, including progress, programme, costs, risks, and quality.
  • Provide a single point of contact, taking responsibility for all aspects of the project and liaising with clients.
  • Lead on the development, submission, and approval of various business cases required for the NHS.

Skills and qualifications:

  • Experience working within both JCT and NEC forms of contract.
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office.
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary consultants across a wide range of schemes.

Salary: £40,000- £50,000.Location: Leeds.
