Project Fixture Manager

Role Overview:

As a Project Fixture Manager, you will take ownership of your projects, developing strong customer relationships and ensuring exceptional project delivery. Your role will involve maintaining strict adherence to health and safety standards, aligning with both company and client procedures, ensuring project profitability within budget, and continuously seeking opportunities for improvement in project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop project plans based on client briefs, sales floor layouts, survey information, and architectural documents.
  • Create feasibility cost plans and work with client Quantity Surveyors (PQS) to ensure costs align with project timelines.
  • Manage equipment requirements using the call-off system and coordinate with installers to meet client needs.
  • Request quotes, build cost plans, and prepare order documents for equipment.
  • Monitor and adjust equipment orders and costs as needed, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Oversee project administration, including cost plans, quotes, orders, and final accounts.
  • Maintain high standards of delivery, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
  • Background in Retail, Fitout, Construction, Installations, Shelving systems, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in project management within a retail or commercial environment.
  • Strong accountability, demonstrated by experience managing projects, commercial processes, and health and safety compliance.
Qualifications:
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in construction, retail, or related studies.
