Your Role
As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing commercial-scale solar PV projects from inception to completion, ensuring they're delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:? Managing solar PV and electrical contracting installations (1MW+ rooftop, 5MW+ ground-mounted)? Liaising with suppliers, installation teams, and site staff? Planning and scheduling installation and maintenance works? Conducting pre-installation technical and costing surveys? Ensuring compliance with CDM regulations, RAMS, and health & safety procedures? Overseeing procurement, risk assessments, and project documentation? Developing strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
What We're Looking For
? Proven experience in commercial Solar PV Project Management (3+ years)? Technical expertise-ability to interpret PV and electrical designs? HV/LV connection knowledge (DNO experience a plus!)? Battery storage modelling experience? Strong project management skills and a passion for optimal design and cost efficiency? HSE qualifications (SMSTS, IOSH) highly desirable? Full UK driving licence? Excellent communication and IT skills
