The Principal Designer Role
- As the Principal Designer, you will take responsibility for managing and providing guidance on design safety risks across a varied project portfolio.
- Acting as Principal Designer and/or CDM Advisor, you will ensure compliance with CDM 2015 regulations and promote best practices throughout the design and construction phases.
The Principal Designer Will Have
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate (required)
- Tech IOSH (preferred)
- Membership with APS (preferred)
- At least 3 years of experience in CDM or a relevant field
- Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
