We are looking for an experienced and reliable Painter & Decorator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting and decorating services across a range of residential properties. Your work will help maintain and improve the homes of tenants, ensuring their living spaces are safe, comfortable, and visually appealing.Key Responsibilities:
- Perform internal and external painting and decorating work on social housing properties.
- Ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standards and comply with health and safety regulations.
- Work both independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work environment on site.
- Communicate effectively with clients, tenants, and team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of materials used and work completed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator, ideally within the social housing sector.
- Strong knowledge of painting and decorating techniques, tools, and materials.
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality finishes.
- A full, valid UK driving licence (company van and fuel card provided).
- You must be able to provide 2 professional references from within the last 2 years to support your application.
