What Youll Be Doing:
  • Lead the Charge: Drive a dynamic, proactive safety culture, making safety part of the DNA of the business.
  • Engage and Inspire: Connect with teams at every level, running Safety Stops, toolbox talks, and hands-on training that stick.
  • Own Compliance: Take control of the compliance calendar, audits, inspections, and risk assessments, ensuring ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications are always ahead of the curve.
  • Challenge the Status Quo: Investigate incidents, drive continuous improvement, and push safety performance beyond industry standards.
  • Empower People: Deliver IOSH training courses and ensure every team member is equipped with top-tier safety knowledge.
  • Multi-Site Leadership: Oversee multiple locations, build strong relationships, and implement a unified safety strategy that has a real impact.
Who You Are:
  • NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) and ideally an Environmental qualification.
  • A safety game-changer with manufacturing experience who thrives in fast-moving environments.
  • Chartered or Tech IOSH/IEMA membership (preferred) and capable of delivering IOSH training.
  • A big-picture thinker who isnt afraid to get stuck in, challenge old ways, and push for excellence.
