Company Overview - Service Repair Coordinator

Our Client is currently looking for a Service Repair Coordinator to join their small and highly valued team.

This is an exciting time for the company and the right candidate for the role will need to be enthusiastic, forward thinking and personable with the drive to hit the floor running in order to take full advantage of the opportunities available to them.

You will be part of a strong team who all understand the importance of working together to ensure a high level of service is delivered. You will be given support, training and a realistic workload to help ensure you achieve job satisfaction.

Service Repair Coordinator Role and Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling urgent assistance requests or providing updates on information.
  • Coordinate engineers to attend client sites across the region for industrial and commercial door services, including loading bay equipment.
  • Responsible for the coordination of all installation, repair, service, and maintenance work at customer sites across the North Central region.
  • Support administration functions for busy depot.

Service Repair Coordinator Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Proven ability to work effectively to demanding deadlines.
  • Positive, "can-do" attitude with a solution-focused approach.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers at all levels.
  • Customer-centric mindset.
  • Must be within a commutable distance to the office, attending in-person 5 days a week.
