My client isa well establishedregional contractor specialising in the fire protection sector, delivering fire protection works to properties across the UK.
They have a good long term pipeline, with a well thought out business strategy. They have some very exciting plans for their fire protection division, and the backing to fund this growth.
Due to a recent upturn in works, they're looking to employ a contract manager to oversee their fire stopping works. You will be based in their Leeds office, but maybe expected to travel to various sites / clients.
You will come from a fire protection background, will be strong technically and will typically be responsible for:-
- Planning / programming works
- Overseeing multiple projects
- Client liaison for projects
- Oversee compliance in line with safety regulations
- Monitor projectcosts in line with projectbudgets
