As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of kitchen and bathroom projects throughout Yorkshire. You will manage contracts, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee multiple kitchen and bathroom projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Review and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports on the status of each project.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to on all sites.
  • Identify and manage potential risks to ensure projects are delivered smoothly.
  • Coordinate with design teams to ensure project specifications meet client expectations.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality and progress.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager, ideally within the kitchen and bathroom sector.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal requirements.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Full UK driving license.
