Job Title- Contracts Manager
Location- Leeds
Salary- 38,000-42,000
Are you an experienced contracts manager with a track record of delivering planned work contracts within social housing?
Are you passionate about adding social value to your clients and community within your area of work?
We are working with an established property services organisation that are looking for a contracts manager for the delivery of planned works and refurbishments of social housing properties.
As a contracts manager, you will;
- Lead a team of site managers to deliver refurbishment and planned works
- Manage all site personnel, including sub-contractors
- Ensure that works are undertaken in a timely manager and within budget
- Attend monthly meetings to review performance and plan future works
As a contracts manager, it is required that you;
- Are NVQ level 3 minimum or within construction management or equivalent
- Hold current SMSTS
- Have managerial experience within social housing
- Hold a full UK drivers licence for regular site travel
As a contracts manager, you will receive;
- Starting salary 38,000-42,000
- 23 days holiday plus bank holidays
