With over 20 locations across the UK, this well-established business have amassed a successful reputation for delivering excellence within building management, FM and civil engineering. They are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager for their Leeds office, working for a highly esteemed client.
In this role, you'll be overseeing the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance and minor works across a regional infrastructure client. The role will involve delivering a 'best in class' service delivery to the client and leading the in-house site management and labour teams to ensure contract compliance and adherence.
This is a great chance to step into a highly autonomous position working for a leading FM business, in a newly won contract for a highly-esteemed client - where you'll be a key player in the delivery of this contract.
THE ROLE:
*Overseeing delivery of a FM contract
*FM contract working across Mechanical, Electrical and Fabric Services
*Key person between different stakeholders - client, site management, labourers
*Based in Leeds, with travel across the Yorkshire region as and when required
THE PERSON:
*Previous experience in a Contracts/Commercial Management role
*Experience with either mechanical, electrical, or HVAC services in FM contracts
*Background in Facilities Management or Building Services
