They are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the delivery of FM Maintenance contracts across a highly esteemed contract across Leeds.
In this role, you'll be overseeing the day-to-day running of a busy PPM/reactive, repair and maintenance contacts across multiple sites in Leeds City. You'll be managing a team of engineers and sub-contractors with the allocation of their work, assisting with the helpdesk team, ordering materials, keeping records of H&S as well as support on-the-job with remedial works.
This is a great chance to step into a leadership position working for a successful FM business, in a contract for a highly-esteemed client - where you'll be a key player in the delivery of maintenance activities.
THE ROLE:
*Oversee day-to-day running of PPM/Reactive works, repairs and maintenance contracts within Leeds City
*Managing engineers and sub-contactors
*Ensuring work completed on time, H&S compliant and as efficient as possible
*Assist with helpdesk tea, ordering material and work sign off
*Keeping different stakeholders up-to-date with progress of works
*Support with technical support and guidance
THE PERSON:
*Previous experience in a Facilities Management (Maintenance) role
*Holds trade qualification relevant to a PPM, repair & maintenance contract M&E preferred
*Maintenance Supervisory experience
*Full driving license
