The Role -
As a contact manager, you will manage a team of mobile heating,air-conditioning and electrical maintenance engineers who carry out planned and reactive maintenance for gyms, officesand high end residential (common areas only) clients - portfolio value is c700k.
You will price extra works, manage the engineers / clients on a daily basis and ensure service delivery standards are met.
The Person -
You will ideally have a mechanical or electrical background and have experience of managing a team of maintenance engineers in a commercial FM environment.
Salary -
c51k
4%/4% pension + 27 days holiday +Stats + car / allowance c6.5k
