Position: Contract Manager
Location: North
My client has become a leading specialist in the building envelope, in particular roofing. They have a full order book and are expanding around the UK. As such they are looking to complement their existing team with a Contracts Manager/ Project Manager, based around the Yorkshire/Lancashire regions.
Position
You will currently be running a building/roofing department or have previous experience in construction. It is essential that you have worked on multiple projects and run large teams before and have built up reliable teams around yourself. You will have the strong background and knowledge within the general construction, health & safety arena and be looking to take that next step in your career.
Requirements
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Previous experience of running roofing projects would be ideal
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Appropriate qualifications
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â SMSTS essential
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Experience within the construction environment
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Desire to succeed with a rapidly progressing company
- Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Good commercial, business development acumen
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Scaffolding design experience, and updated regulations knowledge
