Sacco Mann are recruiting for a highly competent commercial property paralegal to join a leading firm of Solicitors at their office in central Leeds. The role would suit a commercial property paralegal with upwards of 1 years' experience in either commercial property or residential development work. This role has a strong potential of a training contract for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Working alongside several experienced Solicitors on a range of commercial property work, with a focus on commercial development.
  • Drafting legal documentation and dealing with correspondence.
  • Reviewing and negotiating legal documents such as option agreements, conditional contracts and leases.
  • Liaising with clients and developers to gather necessary information and documentation.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to commercial development transactions, ensuring proper documentation and record keeping.
  • Legal research.
