A new Residential Conveyancer vacancy has become available with an established firm of Licensed Conveyancers expanding its small and growing Leeds residential conveyancing department, based in Morley.

The firm is looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Conveyancer to join the firm, whose goal is to provide a quality and friendly legal service to its clients. It is looking for someone who can deal with a manageable caseload containing a variety of freehold and leasehold sales, purchase, transfer and remortgage transactions along with the addition of a small number of newbuild transactions.

You would be expected to deal with all aspects of the transaction, through to completion, whilst supporting junior members of the team with their learning.

Requirements for the role:

  • A residential conveyancer with at least five years fee-earning experience
  • Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
  • A keen eye for detail

The firm offers hybrid working after the probation period has been completed
