A new Residential Conveyancer vacancy has become available with an established firm of Licensed Conveyancers. This firm is expanding its growing Residential Conveyancing department, based in Morley.
Your role will be on a hybrid basis with 2-3 days a week in the office.
This firm is looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Conveyancer whose goal is to provide a quality and friendly legal service to its clients. It is looking for someone who can handle a manageable caseload containing a variety of freehold and leasehold sales, purchase, transfer and remortgage transactions, along with the addition of a small number of newbuild transactions.
You will be expected to handle all aspects of the transaction, through to completion, whilst supporting junior members of the team with their learning.
This firm offers a fantastic and uncapped completions bonus which will hugely increase your income on top of a very competitive basic salary.
An additional bonus is available/can be negotiated if the right person is also able to bring their own referral contacts.

Requirements for this role:
- A Residential Conveyancer with at least 3 years fee-earning experience
- Ability to work to deadlines, prioritise and manage a varied caseload
