This client is looking for an experienced Conveyancer with 3+ years’ experience to work at their busy Leeds office dealing with a full range of conveyancing matters. Duties will include:

Meeting with clients, taking instructions and advising
Dealing with cases from instruction through to completion
Title checking
Dealing with checking of mortgage offers and reporting to clients
Preparing completion statements
