Our client is a well-established, multi-discipline firm with offices across England. The firm has an outstanding reputation within the industry, and prides itself on proving outstanding service to clients and a fantastic place to work for their members of staff. They are a market leader within residential development, and are looking for a Plot Conveyancer to join their Plot Sales team in the Leeds office.

Duties

Handling a range of 50+ plot conveyancing files
Using the CRM to keep files organised
Communicating with clients and keeping them updated throughout the process

You

You must have a minimum of 1 years’ plot conveyancing experience, carrying your own caseload with minimal supervision
Ability to view situations from the perspective of the business
Good communication skills
Team player
Ability and willingness to learn
Attention to detail
Organised with time and documents
Ability to prioritise a workload
Proactive approach towards your work
Good IT skills
Discretion and professionalism
Ability to remain calm and operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment

On Offer

Annual salary up to £36,000
Hybrid working available - 2 days working from home per week
Monday-Friday
