Residential Conveyancer / Fee EarnerLocation: Yorkshire (Multiple Offices)Salary: £30,000K – £50,000KThe OpportunityAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer or Fee Earner to join a well-established, award-winning regional firm with multiple offices across Yorkshire. You’ll be joining a friendly and collaborative team where you’ll work closely with colleagues, clients, estate agents, and other third parties to ensure an efficient and seamless service.Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documentation and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Conducting title checks and property searches
  • Keeping clients informed and supported at every stage of the process
  • Maintaining accurate case records using the firm’s case management system
