Are you a residential conveyancer looking for something a little bit different? This property role gives you the opportunity to use your residential conveyancing skills as part of the wider real estate team working with national clients in a very friendly and supportive team. They are able to offer high quality work, flexible hybrid working and a move away from the run of the mill residential conveyancing role.

Joining a small residential team of three you will work with clients within the local authority sector, along with investor clients and also some high value private clients. You will have a strong residential conveyancing background with experience of both freehold and leasehold properties. In addition to this sale and purchase experience, if you've had any exposure to site set ups in relation to plots then this will be beneficial but certainly not essential.

This role would be suitable for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive , Licensed Conveyancer or a fee earner qualified by experience.

If you have aspirations to move across to deal with some commercial property matters this could be an excellent stepping stone.
