Sacco Mann are representing a highly reputable firm on a Residential Conveyancer vacancy. The firm have offices based across Yorkshire and are looking for someone to join their Leeds offices based in Sherburn in Elmet. Joining their expanding team, you will be given an excellent opportunity to work alongside a team of technically excellent residential conveyancers, Solicitors and support staff dealing with a range of high-quality residential property work.
You will be responsible for running your own caseload of residential sales and purchases, including new build, transfer of equity and re-mortgage cases. You will work alongside several paralegals and legal assistants who will provide hands on legal/ administrative support.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years case handling experience within a residential conveyancing team. You will provide an excellent level of client care and will be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

This position is able to offer a range of salaries as the client has flexibility as to the level of skills and PQE required. The actual salary offered to the successful candidate will reflect their specific experience, skills and level of PQE.
