We are currently recruiting for a cookto work full time within a large educational institution in Leeds city centre. The role of a cookpresents a fantastic opportunity for a well-organised candidate. We are looking for people who enjoy working in teams and are dedicated.

Main duties:
- Preparation, display and service of all food items
- Assisting in a busy kitchen applying a knowledge or awareness of food hygiene, kitchen hygiene, Health and Safety legislation and understanding of COSHH.
- Working as part of the team to prepare and present food items produced within the kitchen, including the canteen menu
- Ensuring that all stock is rotated
The ideal candidate will be able to work both independently and as part of a team, and will have experience working within a busy kitchen environment catering to large volume.
