We are recruiting for kitchen assistants/junior chefs to work for a large institution in Leeds City Centre. The roles are working 5 days out of 7, between 7am and 7pm on an ongoing temporary basis, with the right candidate starting ASAP.

The main duties will reverberate aroundassisting the head chef to provide quality meals. This will involve:
- Preparing and presenting high quality food.
- Keeping control of stock.
- Responding to customer requests.
- Carrying out cleaning to high company hygiene standards.
- Recording food waste accurately.
- Adhering to strict allergy policies.
The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role previously. However, if you have worked in a commercial kitchen and have a working knowledge of food hygiene standards, then do not hesitate to apply by using the online facility available.
