As a Pension Team Leader you be managing a team of Administrators and will be responsible for providing a professional, high-quality service to Clients and their members, managed through a rolling schedule of objectives and development of your team. So, if you are a pension professional with a good understanding of DB pensions looking for a new challenge then this could be the role for you!

The main purpose of the role

  • Oversee a team of established administrators, identifying gaps in training and expertise as well as ensuring each team member fulfils their potential and career goals.
  • Perform one to ones with members of your team
  • Allocation of BAU tasks as well as any project based work
  • Build and maintain technical, procedural and client knowledge through experience and be a point of reference on technical issues and project related queries.

What we need from you:

  • Previous Pension experience - DB essential from an administration background
  • Some exposure to training or mentoring more junior members of staff
  • Good communicator who works well with people at all levels
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to organize and prioritise your tasks and those of your team.
