- To plan and deliver engaging and motivational additional learning support sessions, either on a 1:1 or group basis.
- Ensure a robust and engaging induction programme is delivered across all of our clients programmes.
- Work in partnership with the delivery team, to ensure 'at-risk' learners are identified and additional support is implemented as required.
- Ensure that all paperwork relating to learner progress is logged compliantly in relation to ALS funding.
- Completion of timely and accurate reports for the SMT detailing an analysis of Performance Indicators.
- Monitoring of learner attendance and implementation of a retention strategy, which will enable support for 'at risk' students to be provided and additional support if necessary.
- Must hold a recognised Teaching Qualification at Level 3 or above.
- Must hold a minimum of 2 years' experience in delivering additional learning support, ideally to learners aged 16+.
- Hold own Functional Skills English and Maths at Level 2 / GCSE equivalents.
- Must be flexible with travel.
- Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
- Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
