Duration: Initial 6 Months

Location: Leeds / Hybrid, 2 days per week on-site

Looking to excel your portfolio? Our client is a leading energy company, and they have an exciting hybrid opportunity for an Administrator to join their successes! This will be an initial 6 month contract with scope of extensions.

Key Accountabilities:

Manage a shared mailbox to quality assure, check approvals are in place and process forms for access to software applications used to administer contracts for our clients portfolio of projects, supporting the transition to nett zero in the UK. You will liaise with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external to for initial access and change requests to the system and pass final information to our specialist IT team for implementation. Any spare capacity can be used to support the commercial team as required.

Knowledge, Experience and Technical Know How:

  • Experience of working in a similar environment
  • Experience using Coupa is desirable
  • Proficient in working with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in collating, analysing and reporting on data.
  • Strong organisation, co-ordination and administrative skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
