The City & Capital team is currently representing a highly respected & fast growing company based in Horsforth (Leeds) who are looking to appoint a highly motivated, charismatic and engaging Financial Planning and Wealth Trainer who will play a critical role in helping clients see their future by putting plans in place to get there, coaching clients in the key skills required to do what they do!
Our client is achieving amazing growth, and this is a new role created within the company to support that. Our client supports financial services clients that are either looking to grow or sell their businesses.
This is also a role that comes with a lot of opportunity to develop and grow within, in line with the company's own growth. They operate a very strong and proven promote from within policy.

Furthermore, our client operates a 9-day fortnight! This is a full-time role with full time hours, however in each 2-week period you will work 5 days week one, and only 4 days week two.

Financial Planning and Wealth Trainer
Duties include (but may not be limited to):
Client Training
Deliver soft/sales skills training programs as well as coaching on better relationship management
Strategic Coaching
Support leadership teams in distinguishing between strategic priorities and tactical execution, fostering clarity and long-term focus
Accountability Leadership
Ensure that agreed-upon actions are implemented by individuals and teams, driving measurable progress
Client Relationship Development
Build strong, trust-driven relationships with clients, increasing share of wallet and cementing our client as their go-to business partner
Public Speaking & Outreach
Represent the company at client events and online forums, delivering engaging presentations to potential clients and promoting the value of working with them.
Collaboration & Innovation
Work with colleagues to refine our methodologies, think of new ideas and drive continuous improvement
The Ideal Individual
- Experience of delivering training, coaching and or leadership development
- Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills
- A strong understanding of strategy including setting strategy, creating plans and executing them
- Confidence and professionalism when interacting with business owners and senior stakeholders?plus the confidence to challenge big egos when required!
- Energy and enthusiasm to match the rest of the team - this is not a 9-5 job but rather a "do what it takes"
- Must be prepared to travel with overnight stays
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude and attention to detail??
- Ambitious and keen to grow with the firm?
Desired Qualifications
- QCF4
- Coaching/management/leadership qualifications
The ideal candidate may have come from a sales background who has moved into L&D or a "Head of" in training functions, ideally within a financial services firm.
Due to the nature of this role, you can be based anywhere in the UK!
On Offer
Our client is ideally looking to pay up to c£50k as basic salary of this role, which will be entirely relevant to experience, as you would expect. This will be complemented by a benefits package & the company bonus scheme.
