We are working with a Leeds based charity who are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to join them on a temporary basis, initially for 4-6 weeks. The successful candidate will be available immediately and be able to commit to this role on an ongoing basis. Joining a team through a period of change, the L& D Manager will be responsible for a small team who deliver internal training.

Hybrid working is available, and hours can be flexible to suit the individual, working 37.5 hours per week.

Key duties & responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing learning strategies & programmes
  • Maintaining budgets & relationships with key stakeholders
  • Supporting and managing the L&D team

In this interim role, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to really mould and support the team but also the wider programmes that are run, you will be;

  • Available immediately
  • Happy to commit to a temporary role
  • Hold at least 2-5 years L&D Management experience
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in all MS Office packages
