Learning and Development Coordinator

£26,000-£30,000 + Amazing benefits

Fixed Term Contract - 12 months

Hybrid working, 3 days office and 2 days WFH

Our client, a superb International Financial Services firm with offices in Leeds city centre, is looking for a proactive and driven L&D Coordinator to join their team in a 12 month contract. This company is a leading employer in Leeds, offering incredible benefits including a bonus, 25 days annual leave, superb Pension, Private health and much more.

This role will ensure the smooth operation of the learning and development department. Acting as the first point of contact, you will handle all administrative duties, maintain the learning management system, manage invoices, and schedule training programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality communication for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support in-house training events.
  • Booking travel and setting up venues.
  • Logistics management.
  • Maintain and update training documentation.
  • Heavily involved with the presentation of inductions.
  • Develop and maintain the internal Learning Management System.
  • Maintain relevant policies and procedures.

Key experience needed:

  • Previous HR or L&D experience essential
  • Previous training responsibilities essential.
  • Understanding and management of the Learning Management Systems.
  • Meticulous organisational skills.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Strong presenting skills.
