Your new roleYou will be working as part of the learning and development department's functions effectively and efficiently, dealing with internal and external queries. Acting as the first point of contact for learning and development queries, the Learning and Development Coordinator is responsible for all related administrative duties including the maintenance of the learning management system, managing the team's invoices, scheduling training programmes & supporting Talent Management activities.Role Responsibilities

• Provide a high-quality service for any internal and external enquiries from various stakeholders (including the wider office network) either in person, via the telephone or email.
• Update and maintain all training documentation i.e. Department Training plans, matrices, and impact sheets to reflect work in progress. Including the training page on the Intranet using SharePoint.
• Help action and support the coordination of the Corporate Induction, core regulatory and DILO programmes, liaising with IT, managers, employees, and other colleagues.
• Provide cover for presenting the Learning and Development section of the Corporate Induction when required. 6. Support the development and build of the Firms Learning Management training modules and log all relevant training information.
