Oakleaf Partnership are working with a client to recruit an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner for a 6-9 month fixed-term contract. The role will support recruitment efforts for approximately 22 open positions across marketing, supply chain, operations, finance, and sales. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and play a key role in enhancing the talent acquisition process.
Our client are a growing private equity-backed business whose journey has been driven by acquisitions, with a portfolio of over 10 innovative brands. While growth through acquisition continues, they are now focusing on unlocking the potential of their existing brands and teams. With a startup-like culture, a turnover of £100 million, and ambitious plans, they're building a new leadership team and preparing for exciting changes in 2025.
The Role
As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll work closely with HR to support and establish recruitment efforts and processes. There are plans to recruit 22 positions across the business's central functions and this role will have full ownership of that project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates for technical skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to align on staffing requirements and priorities.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay informed on recruitment trends and best practices.
- Work with HR to coordinate onboarding and orientation programs.
Candidate profile/experience
The successful candidate will have proven experience in talent acquisition or agency recruitment with a strong knowledge of recruitment strategy and techniques. You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and great interpersonal skills that allow you to build relationships with key stakeholders. You will have the ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment. Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities are essential.
