Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with other teams for collection of money owed to the business
- Taking inbound and making outbound calls to speak with clients
- Setting up payment plans and monitoring those that are already in place
- Liaising with third party debt collectors where required
- Keeping databases up to date
- Initiating legal proceedings if debts are not paid in required time scales agreed
- Monday to Friday - 9 - 5
Profile
Successful candidate:
- Will have worked in a similar background before
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Working to timed deadlines
- Knowledge of energy sector would be advantageous
Job Offer
Salary up to £28000 per annum + Bonus every month + Pension + Work from Home + Free on site parking.
