Key Responsibilities:

Proactively manage and recover payments from a broad range of customers.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer account records.
Resolve payment and invoice-related queries efficiently.
Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and resolve issues.
Prepare regular reports on debtor status and payment performance.
Ensure compliance with credit policies and company procedures.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in credit control.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage high volumes of accounts with accuracy and attention to detail.
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and meets deadlines.

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000
