Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage customer accounts and credit limits
- Ensuring records are up to date and accurate on the system
- Setting up new customer accounts and putting credit limitations in place
- Follow up with clients on unpaid invoices via phone and email
- Dealing with invoice queries
- Monitoring the central inbox
- Maintaining strong relationships with internal teams
- Monday to Friday - 35 hours a week
Profile
Successful candidate will possess:
- Worked in a similar background before
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Microsoft proficient
- Work to timed deadlines
Job Offer
Salary up to 24000 per annum + 25 days holiday (plus banks) + 5 days on site + Private healthcare + Staff discount platform online.
