Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage and recover payments from a broad range of customers.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer account records.
- Resolve payment and invoice-related queries efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and resolve issues.
- Prepare regular reports on debtor status and payment performance.
- Ensure compliance with credit policies and company procedures.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in credit control.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage high volumes of accounts with accuracy and attention to detail.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and meets deadlines.
Salary: 28,000 - 32,000
