The RoleAs a Delivery Consultant, you'll be at the heart of our operations, sourcing and managing exceptional teachers, support staff, and tutors. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, multitasking, and achieving targets.
What You'll Do
- Source and attract candidates through databases, adverts, and job fairs.
- Screen candidates to ensure they meet quality standards and expectations.
- Manage candidate registrations, documents, and profiles efficiently.
- Collaborate with consultants to match candidates with suitable opportunities.
- Build your knowledge of schools and local education systems to better serve clients.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with candidates, providing excellent customer service.
- Meet weekly and monthly registration targets, ensuring consistent pipeline growth.
What You'll Need
- Preferred: Experience in candidate generation or recruitment (but not essential).
- Strong administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional communication and telephone skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple tasks under pressure.
- A positive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic attitude.
