Description

As a Contact Centre Advisor you will be working in a professional services environment and will be liaising with clients regarding their legal enquiries in relation to property services.

You will be working closely with third parties such as banks, lenders and other legal stakeholders to handle each enquiry efficiently and smoothly.

The role will be mainly telephone based will be working in a volume environment providing the best level of care at all times.

Profile

Previous customer service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds such as retail and hospitality

A confident telephone manner and extremely customer centric

Able to work in a busy environment and prioritise high volumes of work

A good eye for detail and organisation

An excellent team player
