We are looking for Contact Centre Sales Superstars to start asap no experience required and full training would be provided!
Description
As a Contact Centre Sales Advisor you will be speaking to customers handling a range of sales enquiries and providing quotations for the services the business offers.
Please note this is not a hard sell this is sales through service and all the conversations you will be having will be through enquiries that have come in the business.
The role will be mainly telephone based and corresponding with customers over social media and webchat.
Profile
Ideally some office experience however the business can be open and will look at transferable skills
An excellent telephone manner
Exceptional customer service skills and passionate about the customer journey
Able to work in a busy environment
A good team player
