Description

As a Customer Service Executive you will be at the forefront of the business handling queries from clients regarding their current services dealing with a range of enquires and providing support for the department.

You will be also working closely and dealing with queries from banks and third parties.

The role will be mainly telephone based and also looking after a busy inbox alongside other platforms when required.

Previous customer service experience

Excellent telephone etiquette
